Well, as I stated in the previous blog and Kiss My Fancy's October newsletter, I will be following the Insanity workout plan for 60 days. Today marks day one, so I guess it's fitting that I set some goals here, so here we go:
Current weight: 199.8
Goal: lose 20 lbs in 60 days
Drink at least 9 cups of water a day
Track calories using Sparkpeople app
Choose low carb options most of the time
Cheat day every 2 weeks( no going overboard)
Post weekly blog updates every Monday
Now that we got that out the way, on to Insanity, Day 1😊
